- Net-30 billing available for established clients with signed MSA
- Final balance due 14 days prior to event
- Minimum booking is $1,895 and no corporate event is booked under 3 hours
- 30+ days cancellation: full refund of deposit minus $500 planning fee
- 14-29 days cancellation: 50 percent of deposit retained
- Under 14 days cancellation: deposit non-refundable
- One reschedule permitted with 21-day notice and subject to availability
- New date must be within 6 months
