We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up, test the equipment, and make sure everything is perfect before your first guest walks in.
Yes. Every single package includes at least one professional on-site attendant who manages the booth, guides guests, and keeps the experience running smoothly all night.
Yes — custom overlays are included in every 360 booth package and most classic packages. We'll create an overlay with your event name, logo, date, or any design that fits your theme.
Our booths work beautifully for weddings, birthday parties, prom send-offs, graduation parties, corporate events, brand activations, anniversary celebrations, and any event where you want guests to have fun and leave with a keepsake.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major cards through our secure online booking system.
No problem. Contact us at least 48 hours before your event and we'll move your date at no charge, subject to availability. Your deposit stays safe and transfers to the new date.
